1) Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use Zendra.
You agree your account details are accurate and kept up to date.

2) Account Safety

You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Don’t share your password or attempt to access other accounts.

3) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zendra for:

Harassment, hate, threats, or sexual exploitation.
Scams, payment requests, impersonation, or fraud.
Spam, bots, scraping, or attempts to bypass limits/controls.
Posting illegal or copyrighted content you don’t have rights to.

4) User Content

You keep ownership of content you upload.
You give Zendra permission to display your content as needed to operate the service (profiles, chat, moderation).

5) Memberships & Payments (Preview)

Membership tiers and perks may be shown in preview while we finalise launch details. When upgrades go live, payment will be handled via a payment provider (e.g. Stripe).

6) Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, or that pose a safety risk. You can stop using Zendra at any time.

7) Disclaimers

Zendra is a platform for connecting people — we don’t guarantee matches, outcomes, or user behaviour.
Use good judgement when meeting anyone. Report suspicious behaviour.

8) Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll post an updated date on this page.
