1) Introduction
Welcome to ZendraDating (“Zendra”, “we”, “us”).
ZendraDating is a premium, invite-led online dating platform operated by a UK-based sole trader.
ZendraDating operates independently and is not affiliated with any other similarly named platforms or services.
Zendra is designed as a trusted, community-focused membership platform built around respect, safety, and meaningful connection.
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2) Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information.
- You must use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
Accounts found to be underage or using false identity information may be permanently removed.
3) Membership & Subscriptions
Zendra offers tiered memberships. Certain features depend on your active membership tier.
Paid memberships:
- Are billed monthly via Stripe.
- Renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Can be cancelled at any time.
Cancellations stop future billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
4) Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Zendra does not store full card details.
You are responsible for managing your subscription. Failure to maintain payment may result in feature restriction or downgrade.
5) Community Standards
Zendra is built to feel safe, respectful, and intentional. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:
- Harassment or abuse
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Scamming or requesting money
- Attempting to move financial transactions off-platform
- Sharing illegal content
- Impersonation or false representation
- Repeated disruptive behaviour
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate these standards. Severe violations may result in permanent removal without refund.
Community safety always comes first.
6) Moderation & Restrictions
Zendra may apply:
- Soft restrictions (limited interaction access)
- Hard restrictions (messaging and interaction blocked)
- Permanent bans
Moderation decisions are made to protect the integrity of the platform. We aim to be fair, but we prioritise community safety over individual access.
7) Account Termination
You may close your account at any time.
Zendra may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms, fraudulent or deceptive behaviour, repeated reports, or legal/safety concerns.
In serious cases, termination may occur without refund.
8) Platform Responsibility
Zendra provides a platform for members to connect. We are not responsible for user-generated content, member behaviour outside the platform, or offline interactions between members.
Members are responsible for exercising judgment and personal safety when interacting with others.
9) Platform Availability
We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may evolve or improve over time as the platform grows.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zendra shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
11) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Zendra indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
