ZendraDating (“Zendra”, “we”, “us”) is a premium, invite-led online dating platform operated by a UK-based sole trader.

ZendraDating operates independently and is not affiliated with any other similarly named platforms or services.

2) Age Restriction

Zendra is strictly for individuals aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Accounts found to be underage will be permanently removed.

3) What Data We Collect

Account & Profile Information

• Email address
• Display name / username
• Date of birth (to enforce 18+)
• Profile details you choose to provide (bio, preferences, etc.)
• Membership tier and access flags

Profile Media

• Profile photos you upload

Messaging Data

• Messages sent between members
• Chat metadata (timestamps, participants)

Moderation & Safety Data

• Reports, moderation actions, restrictions, and safety notes

Payments (Stripe)

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Zendra does not store full card details.

We may store limited payment-related data such as subscription status, Stripe customer identifiers, and transaction status.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand general usage and improve the platform (e.g., page visits and session behaviour). This helps us build a better experience.

4) How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

We do not use your data for third-party advertising. We do not send marketing emails.

Messages and uploaded content are private by default. However, if a report is made or a safety concern is raised, content may be reviewed to protect members of the community and enforce our rules.

We retain account data while your account remains active.

If you choose to leave, we remove your profile data and revoke access. Some records (such as moderation logs and payment records) may be retained where necessary for legal, safety, or fraud prevention reasons.

You have the right to request access to your data, request correction, request deletion (subject to legal limitations), and object to certain processing.
