Refund Policy

Fair, Calm, and Consistent

ZendraDating is a subscription-based digital service. We keep refunds simple, fair, and consistent to protect the community and prevent abuse.

1) Subscriptions & Access

Paid memberships renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, billing stops for future periods and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

2) No Partial Refunds

We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. This includes situations where you simply chose not to use the platform for part of the month.

3) Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion, for example:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a system error
  • Clear technical failure that prevented access to paid features for a meaningful period
  • Billing errors confirmed by our payment provider (Stripe)

4) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a payment is incorrect, contact us first so we can help quickly. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account restriction or termination to protect the platform from fraud.
